Neosurf’s operating company, NS Payment Technologies Inc, holds FINTRAC money services business registration M23965850. That is a Canadian regulatory record you can look up, and it is a reasonable thing to want from a payment company. What it records is that the business has registered with the federal financial intelligence unit. It is not a guarantee about any transaction, and it says nothing at all about the casino accepting the code.

As an instrument the voucher is well contained. The casino receives a code and a value, nothing more, and a lost code is worth only the amount on it.
