What stops us recommending it is not the offer, it is the paperwork. Mafia Casino names no licence anywhere on its own website. We read the full footer and the complete terms document, 202,000 characters of it, and found no licensing authority, no licence number, no regulator seal and no regulator link. The governing-law clause, 14.1, says disputes will be settled “in accordance with the applicable Law” without naming a jurisdiction, a regulator or an adjudicator. The only external escalation route the terms offer, clause 13.8, points players to AskGamblers’ complaint service rather than to any gaming authority.
Alongside that: the terms let the casino void your entire balance if you ask to close your account while it is positive, charge C$10 a month against dormant accounts, and forfeit all funds if verification documents are not supplied within 30 days. Mafia Casino runs at mafiacasino.com, with a Canadian build at mafiacasino.com/ca/ that is served in English (Canada) and reached us without a geo-block. CAD is a real account currency here, not a conversion: the cashier’s currency selector offers exactly two options, Canadian Dollar and Euro, and the Canadian terms are denominated in CAD throughout.
Ownership is where things get murky, and we would rather tell you that than paper over it. The operator’s own About Us page and its full terms name no company, no registration number and no registered address. Third-party databases disagree with each other: casino.org lists the owner as NovaForge Ltd at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, while AskGamblers’ own data card for the same site lists Dreamline Ventures SRL and a Tobique Gaming Commission licence. We could not find a corporate-registry record for either. The launch year, 2025, is consistent across sources but is also not stated by the operator.
What we can place with confidence is the group. The site’s footer links “Partners” to Strong Affiliates, and AskGamblers’ review of that programme states it markets Powbet, MafiaCasino, Godz and Casinoly. So Mafia shares a platform and an affiliate operation with at least three sister brands.
On the licence specifically: a number, ALSI-152406028-FI2, circulates for this site and is attributed to Anjouan. It does not appear on the operator’s own pages. We searched for it and found it only on affiliate listings and inside one player’s complaint text, and we could not confirm it on any Anjouan register. Mafia Casino also holds no AGCO registration in Ontario and does not appear on AGLC’s register of iGaming operators in Alberta. One thing we want to correct from our own earlier coverage of this site: the terms exclude no Canadian province. We searched the full document and the words “Ontario” and “province” do not appear in it at all. The excluded-jurisdictions clause, 2.3, lists 25 countries and Canada is not among them. Welcome Bonus
300% up to C$4,500 + 300 free spins, split across your first three deposits. Each deposit gets a 100% match up to a maximum of C$1,500 plus 100 free spins. The minimum qualifying deposit is C$30, and the free spins are restricted to one game, Pragmatic Play’s Gates of Olympus.
Deposits made with Neteller or Skrill do not qualify for the bonus at all, which is easy to miss. Worth noting a contradiction on the operator’s side: Pragmatic Play does not appear on Mafia’s Canadian providers list, so whether those spins load for a Canadian account is something to confirm before you count on them.
Wagering and the Fine Print That Matters
Wagering is 35x the deposit plus the bonus, not 35x the bonus alone. On a C$30 deposit with a C$30 bonus that is C$2,100 of turnover; on a maxed C$1,500 deposit it is C$105,000. Free-spin winnings carry 40x.
Maximum bet while a bonus is active: C$150. Clause 7.19 lists exceeding it as promotion abuse, and 7.20 lets the casino void the promotion and confiscate the winnings derived from it.
Bonuses expire 10 days after activation (30 days for sports), after which the bonus and any winnings from it are voided. Maximum cashout is 10x the bonus amount — the terms’ own example is that a C$15 bonus can release at most C$150 to your real balance. Free-spin winnings are capped harder still: C$75 for packages up to 50 spins and C$150 above 50 spins, with anything over the cap voided.
Two more: cancelling an active bonus voids the entire casino bonus balance, and activating a second bonus removes the first one along with its winnings. Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address or shared computer, which can catch two people in the same home.
Game Contribution to Wagering
This is published in clause 7.7 and it is restrictive, so plan around it: slots, scratch cards and keno count 100%; all live games count 10%; all table and card games count 0%; video poker and Plinko count 10%. Jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo cannot be played with bonus funds at all.
Clause 7.8 sets Crazy Time, Dream Catcher and Monopoly at 50% or 10% depending on the title, 7.9 lists roughly fifty games at 0% including Aviator, Dead or Alive and Starburst XXXtreme, and 7.10 lists games that cannot be played at all while a bonus is active. If you are a blackjack player, a bonus here is worth nothing to you.

No points-per-wager rates and no qualification thresholds are published. And “higher withdrawal limits” has a ceiling: even Level 5 is capped at C$2,300 a day and C$30,000 a month, which we set out in full below. Nothing here is unlimited.

The clauses we would want you to read before depositing are 7.7 (contribution), 7.13 (withdrawing before wagering is met voids the bonus and all winnings from it), 7.16 (max cashout), 7.19 and 7.20 (abuse and confiscation), and 3.7 (balance voided on account closure).

The only minimum deposit Mafia Casino publishes anywhere is C$30, and that is the figure required to qualify for a bonus, not a cashier minimum. Clause 6.5 states the company sets minimum and maximum deposits “at its discretion”. There is no C$10 Interac minimum published on the site; if you have seen that figure, including on an earlier version of this page, it is not sourced from the operator. Those are clause 6.11 verbatim, and your level is determined by your activity over the preceding 90 days. A C$13,000 win at Level 1 takes roughly four months to extract, and the complaint record shows that is not hypothetical.
Processing time: the operator’s own help centre states a withdrawal request is processed within three business days, Monday to Friday, after which bank transfers may take a further three to five business days. There is no instant withdrawal here, no 15-minute Interac payout and no one-hour crypto payout, whatever you may read elsewhere. AskGamblers separately records no weekend cashouts. Two complainants report that the casino allows a maximum of three pending withdrawal requests of C$750 at any one time, though we could not find that limit in the terms.
Fees, and they are real. Clause 6.8 requires you to turn over at least 1x your deposit before withdrawing. If you have not, the casino reserves the right to cancel all winnings and keep a commission of 10% of your last deposit, minimum C$0.75 — or 15% if your balance was funded by bank card or bank transfer. Clause 6.7 adds a separate gate: withdrawals can be declined if your account has not met a minimum wagering threshold of C$30 within the same calendar month as the request. So “no fees” is not accurate for this casino.
Two more clauses worth knowing: 6.10 lets the casino pay you out through a different payment system than the one you requested, and 6.22 authorises it to write off a positive balance against any amount it considers you owe.

Live chat and email are available 24/7 and Mafia Casino describes its team as multilingual, but it publishes no response-time commitment and no language list, so we cannot confirm the four-hour target or the French support that has been claimed for this site. We are giving this its own section because the gap between what this site offers and what a Canadian player should expect is the largest we have found in this round of reviews.
Deposit limits are not available. The phrase does not appear once in the terms, and the responsible-gaming page offers no such control. The same is true of loss limits, wager limits, session timers and reality checks. None of them exist here.
There is no self-service cooling-off tool. The responsible-gaming page says only that if you feel you need a break you can contact support and they will exclude you “for a while”. Self-exclusion itself is email-only, by writing to support, and the page puts the responsibility on you to tell them about any other accounts you hold, disclaiming liability for losses on accounts you did not declare. There is no self-exclusion register participation.
The support organisations named are GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and Net Nanny. Not one Canadian service is listed — no ConnexOntario, no Alberta helpline, no Responsible Gambling Council. The responsible-gaming page is also served with a noindex tag.

Clauses to Read Before You Deposit
These are quoted from Version 1.13 of Mafia Casino’s terms, dated 25 September 2026. None of them appeared on our earlier review of this site and all of them can cost you money.
- 3.7 — your balance is voided if you close your account. “In case you want to close your account with a positive balance or/and pending withdrawal requests, all the funds on your account will be voided.” Given how often players in the complaint record ask to close accounts, this is the clause we would read first.
- 6.18 — dormancy fee. After 180 days without logging in the account is “Inactive” and the casino may charge C$10 a month as an administration fee, may change that fee at its own discretion without notice, and if the balance is under C$10 the entire amount is taken.
- 6.6.4 — verification deadline. Documents not provided within 30 days of a request mean the account is closed and you “forfeit all funds”, a decision the clause describes as final, binding and not subject to appeal.
- 8.5 — the casino is the final judge. “In case of disagreement regarding a bet or winnings, the decision of the Company is final and not negotiable.”
- 3.2 — duplicate accounts. Winnings on a duplicate account are void and any withdrawals already processed are reversed and owed back to the company.
- 7.19 — abuse is defined at the casino’s discretion, ending with “any form of activity that we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem to be abusive”.
The complaint record lines up with these clauses rather than contradicting them. AskGamblers currently shows an unresolved C$800 withdrawal delay and a rejected complaint over C$11,750 unpaid after 18 days, alongside resolved cases of EUR 10,000, C$12,000 and roughly C$13,000 in blocked withdrawals. A Trustpilot reviewer on 16 September 2026 reported an account closed with EUR 700 in it, no reason given and no reply for three weeks.
