Expert Consensus
Ivibet runs two separate welcome offers with wagering requirements eight times apart, and you can only have one. The casino bonus is 100% up to CA$150 at 40x; the sportsbook bonus is 100% up to CA$230 at 5x. The operator states plainly that you cannot take both. If a review quotes one multiplier for Ivibet, it is describing half the picture.
Currency is confirmed CAD and the operator marks it properly — “150 CAD”, “CA$230”, “30,00 CAD”. Five figures are not in dollars, though, and we flag each one below, starting with the withdrawal limits, which are published entirely in euros.
On licensing we have to report something unusual: Ivibet’s own site gives three incompatible answers. The footer names LUFILIGHT LTD under Kahnawake licence 01031; the terms and conditions name TechOptions Group B.V. under Kahnawake licence 00996; and the homepage FAQ says the licence comes from the Government of Curaçao. The terms document is not even internally consistent — its header and its section 2.01 disagree. The best-supported attribution is Lufilight Ltd, because that is what appears in the Kahnawake regulator’s own permit-holder register.
Ivibet Information
About Ivibet
Ivibet is a combined casino and sportsbook with explicit Canadian coverage — the operator states it covers NHL and CFL among major Canadian leagues — plus live betting, Bet Builder, cash out and a Multibet Booster.
The Kahnawake register lists Lufilight Ltd as operating ivibet.com, and the same entity operates hellspin.com and slotsgem.com. Ivibet’s affiliate programme runs under hellpartners.com, which reinforces the link. If you have an account at HellSpin, you are dealing with the same company.
Launch year is unsettled: the site’s own copyright notice reads “2020-2026” and AskGamblers says 2020, while Casino Guru says 2022. Neither the terms nor the bonus terms carry any last-updated date or version number at all, so you cannot tell which version of the rules you accepted.
Pros
- Over 5000+ slots
- Fast payout speeds
- Massive sportsbook
- Generous bonus options
Cons
- No bonuses for cryptocurrency deposits
- High wagering requirements for bonuses

Two Welcome Offers, Eight Times Apart
First Deposit Bonus
If you deposit for the first time in Ivibet Casino, you can get a casino sign up bonus of 100% up to C$150 CAD and 120 free spins for Bigger Bass Bonanza. Keep in mind that you need to deposit at least C$30 CAD and there is a wagering requirement of 40x tied to this bonus.
Second Deposit Bonus
If you decide to deposit for the second time, you can get a bonus of 50% up to C$300 CAD and 50 free spins for Book of Vikings. All you need to do is to make sure you deposit a minimum amount of C$30 CAD and use the bonus code GIFT. Again there is a 40x wagering requirement tied to this bonus.
The operator’s FAQ is explicit: “Ivibet offers two different first deposit bonuses: one for sports betting and another for casino games. You cannot use them interchangeably or receive one if you have already received the other.” Choose deliberately.
The Casino Offer
- 1st deposit: 100% up to CA$150 + 120 free spins (30 per day over four days), minimum deposit CA$30
- 2nd deposit: 50% up to CA$300 + 50 free spins
- Package total: CA$450 + 170 free spins
- Wagering: 40x
The operator’s own worked example: “The maximum bonus amount on the first deposit is 150 CAD. Depositing 150 CAD will result in you starting play with 300 CAD in your account.”
The expiry is not published. No page states how long you have to clear the 40x on the casino bonus. The terms only say that bonus and winnings are removed “once the bonus expires,” without saying when that is. That is a real transparency gap on the harder of the two offers.
The Sportsbook Offer
- 100% up to CA$230, minimum deposit CA$15
- Wagering: 5x the bonus, on accumulators of 2+ selections at total odds of 2.0 or better
- Validity: 7 days · outrights and racing excluded from the rollover
5x versus 40x is an eightfold difference, and the sportsbook offer is both larger and easier. For most players that makes the sports betting side the better value here — which is worth knowing at a casino that markets itself primarily on slots.
One thing to watch: the homepage says “Deposit at least CA$15, and you’ll enjoy a 100% bonus up to CA$230” without clarifying that CA$15 applies only to sports. The casino bonus requires CA$30.
Where the Wagering Counts
Verbatim from the bonus terms: “Wagers on slots contribute 100% towards bonus wagering requirements (except for the games listed below). Table games and live dealer games do NOT count towards bonus wagering requirements.”
Slots 100%, table games 0%, live dealer 0%. Set that against the live catalogue in the next section and the contradiction is stark: Ivibet’s biggest asset is excluded from its own bonus.
Around 300 individual slot titles are also excluded, including Dead or Alive 1 and 2, Hellcatraz, Book of 99, Jammin’ Jars 2, Wild Swarm, Lil Devil, Book of Shadows and Hammer of Gods. Plus all jackpot games.
And a flat contradiction worth citing: the site promotes a Daily Crypto Bonus of 5% up to 150,00 CAD while its bonus terms state “No bonuses are available for cryptocurrency accounts.” Both are published simultaneously.
Caps, Limits and the Five Figures That Are Not in Dollars
Published in CA$
- Maximum bet with a bonus active: CA$8 (feature buys included). Exceeding it lets Ivibet cancel the bonus and its winnings.
- Maximum withdrawal from a no-deposit bonus: CA$80
- Maximum withdrawal from cashback, comp points, tournaments, any deposit bonus other than the welcome offer, VIP or weekly bonuses: CA$15,000, excess forfeited before you can request a payout, 14 business days to review
- Sportsbook ceilings: CA$150,000 per bet, CA$380,000 per day, CA$800,000 per week; minimum stake CA$0.15
The welcome bonus is excluded from the CA$15,000 cap — but unlike HellSpin, Ivibet does not publish any replacement figure, so the applicable ceiling on welcome-bonus winnings is simply unknown.
Not in Dollars
Five figures govern real money and none is expressed in Canadian dollars:
- Withdrawal limits: 4,000 EUR daily, 16,000 EUR weekly, 50,000 EUR monthly “or equivalent in another currency.” No CAD figure is published anywhere, so your actual ceiling moves with the exchange rate.
- Minimum wire withdrawal: 500 USD/EUR
- Inactivity fee: 10 EUR per month
- Account-closure fee with funds remaining: 12.5 EUR
- Deposit needed to cash out after a no-deposit bonus: 20 EUR
There is also a rollover that applies even if you never take a bonus: the terms require the deposit to be wagered at least 3x for casino play before you can request a withdrawal. Worth knowing before you deposit intending to play a little and cash out.
Payments: Interac Is Advertised but Not Documented
This needs care. The Canadian homepage promotes Interac e-Transfer twice, including in its FAQ. But the word “Interac” does not appear once in the terms and conditions or the payments FAQ, the only payment logos rendered in the Canadian footer are Visa and Mastercard, and AskGamblers’ list of 25 methods for Ivibet does not include it. We could not verify it exists in the real cashier, which requires an account. Treat it as a marketing claim pending confirmation.
iDebit and Instadebit: no mentions anywhere. Crypto is confirmed — Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum at minimum — but remember crypto accounts are stated to be ineligible for bonuses.
And the same Mastercard oddity as its sister brand: the terms list supported Mastercard countries and Canada is not among them, despite the Mastercard logo appearing in the Canadian footer.
Published timings: e-wallets processed within 12 hours, crypto usually under 24 hours, cards up to 7 business days. KYC is triggered at your first withdrawal and can include a selfie with ID, a phone call or a Skype video call. The hard clause: “Failure to pass verification will lead to the account closed and any winnings confiscated.”
One more inconsistency, this one about your own account: the terms say an account is dormant after 12 months, while the FAQ tells you that to close your account you can simply not log in for 3 months and it will be blocked automatically.
The Live Casino Is the Real Product
Ivibet does not publish a total game count, but it does publish counters per live category — and these are the most impressive numbers on the site:
- 510 live blackjack tables
- 209 live roulette tables
- 133 live baccarat tables
- 68 game shows · 14 live poker · 358 listed as new
Sixteen live providers: Pragmatic Play Live, Playtech, Winfinity, Ezugi, Absolute Live Gaming, Iconic21, Betgames, Imagine Live, Live Vegas, Lucky Streak, SA Gaming, Vivo Gaming and others.
Evolution is not among them. Most reviews of this casino assume it is. For a live-focused operator that is a notable absence, and it is worth checking against the tables you actually want to play.
On slots, we will not publish a count — Casino Guru says 134 providers and 2,000+ games, AskGamblers says over 70 providers and “thousands,” and they contradict each other. The studios named in Ivibet’s own exclusion list include NetEnt, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming, Nolimit City, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, Thunderkick, Big Time Gaming and about two dozen more.
Canadian-specific restrictions the terms spell out: Canadians cannot play NYX (NextGen) games, Street Fighter is unavailable, and Canadian players are excluded from certain NetEnt jackpots.
On mobile, note a contradiction: the site runs a promotion offering 10 free spins for installing its app, while its own FAQ states “We don’t have a bookmaker app.”
Trust Signals: The Aggregators Cannot Agree Either
Trustpilot: 2.7 out of 5 from 339 reviews — rated “Poor.” The distribution is 67% one-star against 26% five-star. Ivibet claimed the profile in April 2024 and responds to 58% of negative reviews, typically after more than a month. Recurring themes are withdrawal delays and prolonged verification.
Then the same split we found at its sister brand, and just as wide:
- Casino Guru: Safety Index 3.8, “Low” — citing unfair terms and high complaint volume relative to size. 112 complaints counting related entities, 46,572 “black points”, seven clauses flagged as unfair including short KYC deadlines and confiscation for low-risk play.
- AskGamblers: 8.6 out of 10, player rating 9.1 from 90 reviews, with 9 complaints and all 9 resolved.
Neither source agrees with the other on the owner (Lufilight vs TechOptions) or the launch year (2022 vs 2020) either. We cite both with attribution and do not average them — a perfect complaint-resolution record and a “Low” safety rating can coexist, and here they do.
We checked the Kahnawake regulator’s own enforcement notices and found recent actions against three other permit holders but none against Lufilight Ltd or Ivibet.
Terms Worth Reading Before You Deposit
The clause that stands out is quantitative: the terms define bonus abuse as a bonus-to-wager ratio above 40%, and reserve the right to seize winnings if that threshold is crossed. Separately, management can classify any account as a “bonus hunter” or “bonus abuser” “at their discretion” and void all winnings and bonuses.
Also: self-exclusion is not self-service — enabling it requires emailing support rather than toggling a setting. In a provincially regulated market that control sits in your account. Our responsible gambling guide covers what to ask for.
The Verdict, by Who You Are
If you bet sports: this is where Ivibet is strongest. CA$230 at 5x with a 7-day window is a far better deal than the casino side, NHL and CFL are covered, and cash out and Bet Builder are both there.
If you play live dealer: the floor is excellent — 510 blackjack tables is close to unmatched — but take no bonus, because live play contributes nothing. Deposit, clear the 3x deposit rollover, and play unencumbered. Check for Evolution before signing up if that matters to you.
If you play slots and want the casino bonus: CA$150 at 40x with an unpublished expiry and 300 excluded titles is a weak offer by current standards. Compare it against operators running 30x to 35x.
If you expect to win large: your limits are in euros — €4,000 daily, €16,000 weekly, €50,000 monthly — with no Canadian figures published, and the welcome bonus has no stated ceiling at all.
If Interac is essential: it is advertised but absent from the contractual documentation and from third-party method lists. Verify in the cashier before funding. iDebit and Instadebit are not offered.
If you already play HellSpin: same operator, same platform family, same 0% live contribution and the same CA$8 max bet. Opening a second account gets you a different lobby, not different terms.
Whatever you choose, verify your identity immediately — failed verification means a closed account with winnings confiscated — and request self-exclusion tools by email if you want them in place.
