Izzi Casino Review Summary
Izzi Casino is run by Carrer N.V. and holds Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/570/0396, granted on 4 June 2025 and listed as active on the regulator’s own register at the time of writing. It has been live since 2021 and pairs a large slot lobby with a sportsbook, a live casino and a four-tier loyalty programme.
Two things define the Canadian experience here, and neither is in the marketing. First, the site publishes everything in euros: our testing sessions loaded with a EUR account currency, and Izzi’s own general-information page lists only USD and EUR as accepted currencies, even though both Casino Guru and AskGamblers record CAD as available. Second, and more important, Izzi reserves the right to withhold a commission of 10% from a withdrawal, and up to 25% in some circumstances. We go through exactly when that applies further down, because it is the single biggest thing separating the advertised payout speed from what actually lands in your account.
All euro figures below are the operator’s own published amounts. CAD equivalents use 1 EUR = 1.597 CAD, the rate on 7 October 2026, and will drift.
Izzi Casino Information
About Izzi Casino
The operating company is Carrer N.V., registered under number 150421 at Seru Loraweg 17 C, Willemstad, Curacao. Payment processing runs through a separate entity, LARTIM LIMITED (company number HE 404211, Limassol, Cyprus), described by Izzi as a subsidiary of Carrer N.V. That split matters when you are chasing a payment, because the company holding the licence and the company moving the money are not the same.
One oddity worth knowing: Izzi’s own homepage information block still says the site was “launched by Games Entertainment Limited in 2021”, while the footer and the terms of the same site name Carrer N.V. The operator does not explain the discrepancy. The 2021 launch date is consistent everywhere, and the terms themselves state they came into effect on 1 December 2021. Izzi’s affiliate programme is Royal Partners, which places it in a large stable of sister brands.
On the regulatory side, be clear about what the licence is and is not. A Curacao CGA licence is a real, verifiable licence, and we confirmed this one on the regulator’s register rather than taking the footer seal at face value. It is not an Ontario or Alberta registration, so the dispute routes that come with those markets do not apply here. Izzi’s terms also name no independent adjudicator: the dispute clause escalates internally and then points you, in general terms, to “independent institutions, official gambling authorities, or licencees” without naming one.
Design-wise the site is clean and uncluttered by the standards of this category, and navigation between the casino, live casino and sportsbook is straightforward. If you are comparing it against other online casinos available to Canadians, the lobby is the strong part and the cashier terms are the weak part.

Welcome Bonus at Izzi Casino
We have to be straight with you about this section, because Izzi is not. During our review the homepage carousel rotated through four different welcome offers at the same time: 300% up to 750 EUR plus 500 free spins across four deposits, 300% up to 1,500 EUR plus 500 free spins across four deposits, 175% up to 900 EUR across two deposits, and 50% up to 300 EUR on a first deposit. Meanwhile Izzi’s dedicated bonuses page showed something different again, a single-deposit “Welcome Package” at 50% with no cap and no free spins stated.
Those are the operator’s own pages contradicting each other, not third-party reporting. What you are actually offered will depend on which page you land on and which promotion is live when you register, so check the figure in your own account before depositing rather than trusting any published headline, including ours.
First Deposit Bonus
The most-promoted structure is a 300% match spread over your first four deposits, topping out at either 750 EUR (about C$1,197) or 1,500 EUR (about C$2,395) depending on which banner you see, with up to 500 free spins attached. The 50%-first-deposit version on the bonuses page caps out far lower.
Second & Third Deposit
Izzi does not publish a per-deposit breakdown anywhere on its site. The four-deposit structure is stated as a total, not as a tier-by-tier ladder, so we cannot tell you what percentage lands on deposit two versus deposit three. Any site presenting you with a neat 100/75/75/50 split is filling in a gap the operator leaves blank.
Fourth Deposit
Same answer, and for the same reason. What Izzi does publish are the rules that apply to every bonus: a bonus is valid for 72 hours after activation, free spins for 24 hours before and 72 hours after, and where a specific bonus does not state its own maximum bet, no more than 5 EUR (roughly C$8) of any wager counts toward clearing it. Exceed that and you are in breach.
Wagering Requirements
Izzi deliberately does not publish a wagering multiplier. Its terms say requirements are “stipulated in the terms of each specific bonus”, and that those terms become visible only once you accept the bonus. The one figure floating around, 40x, appears solely in an outdated article on Izzi’s own homepage that also advertises a long-dead 150% up to 3,000 EUR offer, so we will not present it as current.
What is published, and what you should budget for, is the cap on the other end: winnings from a no-deposit bonus are capped at 10x the bonus, the general default is 20x the bonus received, and anything above the cap is written off your balance when you withdraw rather than paid out.
Other Promotions at Izzi Casino
The recurring offers are more stable than the welcome package, and more honestly presented.
Cashback
Izzi pays up to 7% cashback on the previous week’s losses, credited every Thursday for use on slots or table games, plus a separate 5% cashback on live games on the same day. The headline figure is 7%, not 10%. Izzi does not publish the loss thresholds or the tier rules that decide whether you get 1% or the full 7%.
Weekly Bonuses
Every week you can activate either free spins or a 50% match on a deposit. No minimum deposit is published for it. Note also that Izzi’s no-deposit social-media bonuses can be withheld entirely if your total deposits over the previous 30 days come to less than 250 EUR (about C$399), which makes them a reward for existing depositors rather than a genuine no-deposit offer.
VIP Club
There are four account statuses: New, Regular, Premium and VIP. They are real and they do change your withdrawal ceilings, which we list in the banking section. What Izzi does not publish anywhere is how you qualify. There is no public VIP page and the terms contain no qualification criteria, so any specific dollar threshold you see quoted for Premium or VIP status is not coming from the operator.
The one place Izzi does attach numbers to status is the birthday bonus, which gives a useful sense of the scale involved.
Birthday Bonus
Regular status gets 40 EUR (about C$64), Premium gets 100 EUR (about C$160) and VIP is described only as “personalised”. It is not a four-figure gift. The qualifying conditions are the real story: you need to have deposited at least 500 EUR for Regular, 2,600 EUR for Premium or 4,000 EUR for VIP during the 30 days before your birthday, and your account must already be verified. It is available on the day and for seven days afterwards.
Casino Games at Izzi Casino
Izzi publishes no game count. Not on the lobby, not in the terms, nowhere. Its own homepage article claims “over 4,000 slots” in one sentence and “over 1,000 fruit machines and almost 3,000 games in other categories” in another, which cannot both be right, so we are not going to put a total on this page.
What we can tell you is what actually loaded. In our sessions the lobby served 22 studios: Endorphina, BGaming, Belatra, Yggdrasil, Betsoft, AvatarUX, Platipus, Mascot, Gamzix, Spribe, 1spin4win, KA Gaming, Popiplay, Delulu, Zillion, JDB, 4ThePlayer, ReelPlay, Reflex Gaming, Bulletproof Games, Bang Bang Games and Live Vegas. Casino Guru’s database records 92 providers including Evolution, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play and Red Tiger. The gap is almost certainly geographic filtering, and it means a Canadian player may well see a bigger lobby than we did. Check the provider filter in your own account before assuming a particular studio is there.
Three progressive jackpots were running live during our review: Belatra at just over 2,005,000 EUR, Betsoft at roughly 1,843,000 EUR and Yggdrasil at about 479,900 EUR. The slots lobby is clearly where the operator has invested; the video poker and specialty sections are thin by comparison, and if poker is your main game you will be better served by a dedicated site from our poker sites page.
Table players get the standard spread of blackjack and roulette, and the live dealer section carried one studio in our sessions, Live Vegas, covering live roulette, several auto-roulette variants, blackjack up to VIP tables, Texas Hold’em, Russian Poker, Oasis Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold’em. No game shows were visible to us.
One Canada-specific restriction you need to know about. Izzi’s terms blacklist NetEnt content in three Canadian provinces by name: British Columbia, Manitoba and Quebec. If you are playing from any of those three, NetEnt titles will not be available to you regardless of what the lobby shows elsewhere. Separately, the branded NetEnt slot Street Fighter II is excluded for Canada as a whole. Izzi also makes no public statement about independent RNG or RTP testing, and names no testing laboratory. Casino Guru did run its own fake-game check on a selection of titles here and found none, which is worth something.
Banking Methods
This is the section where Izzi diverges most sharply from how it is usually described, so read it carefully.
What is actually on the site. The payment strip on every page of izzicasino.com shows exactly four options: Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and cryptocurrency. The terms describe four broader categories, namely cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and other credit and debit cards), e-wallets, mobile-account payments and cryptocurrency. We searched every public page and the full 38-page terms document for Interac, iDebit, Instadebit, MuchBetter, Neosurf, Payz and Trustly, and found none of them.
What third parties report. Casino Guru lists Interac e-Transfer among 47 deposit methods, and AskGamblers lists Interac for both deposits and withdrawals. The live cashier sits behind login, so we could not confirm either way. If Interac matters to you, treat it as unconfirmed here and verify in the cashier before funding. One flag while you are there: Casino Guru lists a bare “Interac” separately from “Interac e-Transfer”, and the plain Interac Online product has been discontinued, so a rail labelled that way would be stale.
Minimum and maximum amounts are not published. No minimum deposit, no maximum deposit and no minimum withdrawal figure appears anywhere on the site or in the terms. Izzi’s own outdated homepage article says 10 EUR for both, but the same paragraph also claims the casino “does not charge any additional fees for accruing or withdrawing credits”, which its terms flatly contradict.
Withdrawal speed. The terms commit to processing payouts within 24 hours of the request. Above 1,250 EUR (about C$1,996) Izzi reserves an additional review of your gaming transactions lasting up to a further 48 hours. AskGamblers’ own measurements are more conservative: 0 to 72 hours pending, then 0 to 5 days for e-wallets and 3 to 5 days for cards and bank transfers, with no weekend cashouts.
Withdrawal limits by status, per 24 hours / 7 days / 30 days, as published in the terms:
- New and Regular: 4,000 EUR / 20,000 EUR / 80,000 EUR, roughly C$6,387 / C$31,933 / C$127,733
- Premium: 10,000 EUR / 50,000 EUR / 200,000 EUR, roughly C$15,967 / C$79,833 / C$319,333
- VIP: 15,000 EUR / 75,000 EUR / 450,000 EUR, roughly C$23,950 / C$119,750 / C$718,500
- Crypto: the equivalent of 50,000 USD / 250,000 USD / 1,000,000 USD for all statuses, but only where the winnings came from crypto-funded bets
There is a floor built in that works in your favour: your limit cannot be lower than three times your total deposits over the same period, and Izzi applies whichever is higher. It also reserves the right to change those base limits and that multiplier unilaterally and without prior notice.
The fees, which are the headline. Izzi requires every deposit to be turned over at least once before withdrawal, bonus or no bonus. Clause 8.13.4 states that where that requirement is unmet, the company may cancel the withdrawal or withhold a 10% commission from the amount being withdrawn to recover payout processing costs. The same clause allows a fee of up to 25% where a “risk-free strategy” is detected, which Izzi defines broadly enough to include betting red and black simultaneously on roulette or play on instant games, and it is Izzi that judges whether one occurred. Clause 11.6 separately allows the casino to close your account and refund the balance subject to a withdrawal fee, at its own discretion and without prior notice. On top of that, the terms permit an additional charge on top of the exchange rates used when converting currencies.
So the honest summary is this: a withdrawal at Izzi is fast if you have wagered your deposit, verified your documents in advance and are below 1,250 EUR. Outside those conditions there is a documented path to losing 10% or 25% of it.
Verification. Expect ID and card copies once you have withdrawn 1,250 EUR, identity verification once you have deposited 2,000 EUR (about C$3,193), and source-of-funds documentation at 10,000 EUR deposited (about C$15,967). Izzi may require a video call or physical mail. Documents not supplied within ten days of the request can result in the account being blocked or permanently suspended, and withdrawals are frozen while the process runs. Get verified before you win, not after.
Two smaller traps in the same part of the terms. Deposits must come from an account or card in your own name; if verification shows otherwise, Izzi states winnings will be confiscated and no bank transfer will be made to return the funds. And if you place bets while a withdrawal request is pending and your available balance falls short, the system deducts from the money queued for payout and cancels withdrawal requests in sequence, and cancelled requests cannot be reinstated. One piece of good news, confirmed by searching the full terms: there is no dormancy or inactivity fee here.
How to Deposit at Izzi Casino
Make a Free Izzi Casino Account
Registration takes an email address, a password and your personal details. Pick your account currency carefully at this step: the site rendered in euros throughout our review, and Izzi’s own information page lists only USD and EUR, so if CAD is offered to you it will be in the currency selector at sign-up and changing it later is not something the operator describes as possible. Note also that Izzi sets its minimum age at 18, which is below the legal gambling age of 19 in most Canadian provinces.
Visit the Cashier Section
The cashier is where you will see the real method list, which is longer than the four logos shown on the public pages. This is the moment to check whether Interac is actually available to you, and to note the minimum deposit, since Izzi publishes neither in advance.
Make Your Deposit
Use a payment method in your own name, and use the one you intend to withdraw with, because Izzi requires withdrawals to go back through the same instrument used to deposit. If you deposit in cryptocurrency, be aware that crypto withdrawals are only enabled on winnings derived from crypto-funded bets, so mixing funding methods will limit your options later. Then wager at least the value of your deposit before requesting a payout, or the 10% commission becomes available to the operator.
Casino Details
Mobile Gaming
Izzi runs in the mobile browser rather than through a downloadable app, and the lobby, cashier and live tables all carry across. If you prefer playing on a phone, our guide to mobile casinos covers what to look for in a browser-based casino.
Safety and Security
Izzi states it uses 128-bit SSL encryption. That is a real claim but not a modern one, and the operator names no independent testing laboratory for its games. The licence is the stronger signal: Curacao Gaming Authority OGL/2024/570/0396, granted 4 June 2025, which we verified as active on the CGA’s own register portal rather than relying on the footer badge.
On reputation, the picture is mixed and you should have the real numbers. Casino Guru rates Izzi 7.3 out of 10, “above average”, but explicitly says it found rules it did not appreciate, considers the terms “somewhat unfair” and advises caution. Its complaint record shows 27 complaints directly about Izzi, of which one remains unresolved, plus 271 complaints about related casinos in the same group. The dated cases include a C$480 delayed withdrawal from a Canadian player in July 2026 that was resolved, a 1,680 EUR account closure in May 2026 that was resolved, and two that were not settled in the player’s favour: a confiscated-winnings case worth R$400,000 in April 2026 and an 8,222 EUR account closure following a withdrawal request in August 2024. The recurring pattern across two years is account closure at the point of a withdrawal request.
AskGamblers gives Izzi an editorial score of 5.8 out of 10 against a player rating of 9.3, lists “poor responsible gambling tools” among its negatives, and carries two complaints, both still unresolved, both for deposits of 50 EUR and 200 EUR that were debited but never credited.
Finally, something you will not find by searching: Izzi has no Trustpilot profile. Trustpilot removed it, and the page now reads that the business goes against its guidelines and is no longer visible. Any Trustpilot score you see quoted for Izzi anywhere is a number that no longer exists.
If any of this is a concern, read our responsible gambling guide before you deposit.
Responsible Gambling Tools
This is Izzi’s weakest area and it is worth being specific. The public responsible gambling page offers no deposit limit, no loss limit, no bet limit, no session timer, no cooling-off period and no reality check. It is advisory text plus a short self-screening questionnaire.
The limits do exist, but you cannot set them yourself. Clause 17.4 states that to set a deposit, loss, bet, self-limitation or self-exclusion control you must email support at [email protected] and tell them your decision, after which the company will take measures to block your access. There is no self-service control in the account and no stated response deadline. Self-exclusion works the same way. The support organisations Izzi links to are GamCare, Gambling Therapy, the Gordon Moody Association and Gamblers Anonymous; no Canadian service is listed, and Izzi participates in no self-exclusion register.
Customer Support
Support runs 24/7 by live chat and by email at [email protected]. English is the only language covered around the clock. We could not verify the 30-minute response time that circulates for this site; Casino Guru’s own assessment of Izzi’s support is “average”.
Izzi’s terms were last updated on 29 September 2026, and the company reserves the right to change them without prior notice, with changes taking effect as soon as they are posted.
